EMYND & BO BLIZ
second time in sweden in three months. lucky us. we've been on our gristle though, so i don't feel bad. HELL NAW i don't feel bad. we had a great time once again, which was mostly due to the efforts of edvin, anton, dj agge, dj stefski, moans and johanes. these dudes do it for the music and put in serious work to make this shit happen. we love and respect these guys. first stop....
my homie edvin and his boy anton booked us out here and showed us bunches of love. edvin is in a band called 'fibes oh fibes' that rocks but isn't quite in the states yet. anton is a hot dj that makes remixes and we thoroughly enjoyed his opening set.

the crowd in gothenburg. girls are officially hot all over sweden.
the boys from www.discobelle.net booked us down in lund, which followed an in store/art show in malmo. a busy night, but it was cool chilling with edvin and anton some more. lund is a swedish college town, so the women were toro. there is a recurring theme here, no? oh yeah, no pictures down here, cause i ran out of batteries. we will have some free promo mixes posted on www.discobelle.net soon, so check it out.

our boys stefski and agge booked us out here, which was cool cause we had a banging time with them last trip. these are the dudes. they are dope dj's, love music, know how to hook up a good time, and bring you shots when you dj. they are the truth and them.

West Coast Recap & Pics
ummmm... i didn't get right on my photojournalist grind. at least in terms of parties. we did however have a great time in LA with the bol devin(desert e's- 50 cal king), themjeans and definitely dj pubes(who is from avalon nj). dj pubes wednesday night party is fun as heck. you should hit that up if you are in LA on a wednesday. I used to think i disliked meatheads growing up damn near on penn state campus, but being a townie in avalon must breed similar(if not worse) resentment. this is not to say i don't act like a complete jackass when i'm down the shore, or back at psu for football games. my heart goes out to all angry teenagers, but i(and my ilk) gots to get my(our) drink on. real rap. just saying tho. here is pics of LA. oh yeah- i liked LA a lot more than i thought i would, people hate on this place too hard.
roscoe's is the truth, dj pubes is the truth and his t-shirts are that woooorrrrk. get at him at the 'shortstop' on wednesdays. which was crowded, soaked in beer, and very dancy. devin is the bro-ski.
i am talking about chicken and gravy main.
spend about week on venice beach.... emil!!! the streets want this youtoube.
we have mad friends in the bay urrea and they repped real extra special, love goes out to jeff, alicia, zach, jafari n' squad, baiyina, ben bliz(my bruva), robyn, chuck, and serg(hard as fuck). the party was mad fun in sf.
extra special thanks goes to gary and swayzee who promoted and dj'ed with us. gary hooked us up with one of the best meals i have ever had(snohomish).

dj rama booked us at this dope place and he killed it before we got on. preceding him was his lovely girlfriend maliyah(i'm sure i spelled that wrong- apologies) who plays dancehall. this provided emil and i the inspiration to make up some hot dances- the parallel park and some underground flashdance shit. check youtoube for this crack.

emil and i rented a car in seattle to get to vancouver. on the way up, we drove through snohomish county, washington. emil, being the witty bastard he is, subsequently substituted this(snohomish) for the ubiquitous 'no homo'. this of course encouraged us to use even more homosexual innuendos in our conversation than normal. quite coincidentally, we shared the stage in vancouver with the homie jason, whose stage handle(snohomish) is my!gay!husband!(snohomish) needless to say, we spent that weekend repeating 'snohomish' constantly and giggling like beavis and butthead.
vancouver is an incredibly beautiful city, with twice the amount of smokers as north philly. not really twice as many, but some extremely high post smokers. and apparently they are not smokers, they are junkies. in the midst of all this, we dj'ed saturday night to a packed club.

So, come celebrate our return this Friday, Sept 1, with another installment of the always invigorating White T's and White Belts at the always strange Ulana's at the always-hard-to-park-at 2nd and Bainbridge. Come early because the shit is free before 11 (woo!) and there are some fairly strange drink specials all night (last month, they had bottles of St. Ides Special Brew for $6! HAH!).
We'll also be giving out 50 or so of our new Mix CD "WE GOT BACON 4 CHEAP. Come get yourself a free copy and celebrate the official last weekend of summer!
